Ginnifer Goodwin has found another romantic comedy to star in. Current ‘Big Love’ star and star of the film HE’S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU will appear in the film SOMETHING BORROWED for Alcon (with Hilary Swank producing) films. Goodwin will play a 30-something NYC lawyer that falls for her best friend’s fiancé. You know, because everyone loves a good romantic comedy that involves infidelity…sigh.
I’ve been pretty hard on Goodwin, mainly because she has zero screen presence and can’t carry her own film. Couple that with the basic premise of this film and I can safely say I have zero interest in watching it. You have to be so careful when you deal with infidelity in a rom-com, mainly because the audience starts to question who they should root for to end up together.
