Timothy Olyphant replacing Sharlto Copley in I Am Number Four

The upcoming Sci-Fi film I AM NUMBER FOUR is going through a casting change. Timothy Olyphant (THE CRAZIES) is replacing Sharlito Copley (DISTRICT 9), who is dropping out due to press obligations for THE A-TEAM. Directed by D.J. Caruso, the story is about nine earthbound aliens who escaped their planet before it was destroyed by a rival species. Hiding out on earth, the title character (Alex Pettyfer) is disguised as a human teenager with his guardian and mentor (Olyphant) when he discovers the enemy that annihilated his planet is hunting him.
I think Sharlto Copley is magnificent so I feel Olyphant is a slight step down. No offense to Olyphant, I do think he’s all right; he just hasn’t overly ‘wowed’ me in any of his work. To be fair, I have yet to see his television show Justified and he seems to regularly play a commanding tough guy, so he might be a good fit. Does anyone else get him confused with Josh Duhamal?
