Johnny Depp in another image from Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides

A while ago, we showed you a few images of Johnny Depp on the set of PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES.  Today, we get to show you another new image, this time from producer Jerry Bruckheimer that shows Johnny getting ready for action with the beautiful beaches of Hawaii serving as the backdrop.  Although to be fair, we don’t know for sure if this is really Johnny Depp or one of his stunt doubles, but I’d prefer to take Jerry’s word for it. I like Jack Sparrow as much as the next guy, but I’m eager to get some pictures of some of the new characters, most notably Penelope Cruz.

The Rob Marshall directed film features Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz, Gemma Ward, Geoffrey Rush, Ian McShane, Stephen Graham, Sam Claflin and Astrid Berges-Frisby.  The movie will hit theaters on May 20th, 2011.
