Last week, we showed you the first image from SUCKER PUNCH and now we have the first official trailer. In the trailer, the words “You Will Be Unprepared” pop up on screen, insinuating that you won’t be ready for this movie when it comes out. Well, I wasn’t ready for this trailer and to be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from Zack Snyder’s new film. The cast is fine, it’s the premise I don’t have much faith in. But it seems the dark story is really going to come to life with Snyder at the helm.
The film is about a young girl that’s taken to a mental institution and with only five days to go before a lobotomy, she creates this fictitious world where she teams up with other girls to fight bad guys, dragons and more. The film stars Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Abbie Cornish, Scott Glenn, Carla Gugino, John Hamm and Michael Jai White. It will hit theaters on March 25th, 2011.
