I feel like we’ve heard a lot about Darren Aronofsky’s upcoming film BLACK SWAN for a while, but aside from a few images, we really haven’t seen or heard much about the story. It seems up until this new trailer, the thing we kept hearing is that Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis have a kissing scene at some point. Although that’s enough to get most teen boys in theaters, I was wanting a little more in terms of plot.
Turns out, it has one heck of a plot and it looks like Aronofsky once again dives deep into the psyche of his main character, this time portrayed by the talented Portman. I thought it would be a straight-up drama in the vein of THE WRESTLER, but he took this to a whole new level. Portman, Kunis, Vincent Cassell, Winona Ryder, Sebastian Stan and Barbara Hershey star in the film that hits theaters on December 1st. Watch the trailer here.
