Lost's Josh Holloway joins Tom Cruise and Jeremy Renner in Mission Impossible 4

Posted by: Nathan Swank

Lost’s Josh Holloway has found a job in his first feature film in a little movie called MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 4. Holloway, best known as the loveable con man Sawyer, finished his six-season work last Spring on the cult favorite television show Lost. He will now join the rapidly growing cast of Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton, Vladimir Mashkov and Michael Nyqvist for the eagerly anticipated fourth MISSION IMPOSSIBLE directed by Brad Bird (THE INCREDIBLES, RATATOUILLE).

J.J. Abrams will be producing with long time partners Tom Cruise and Paula Wagner. Abrams worked on the story with Andre Nemec and Josh Appelbaum, who have written the screenplay. As you may know, Abrams also directed MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 3 and is the creator of Lost, which I’m sure helped Mr. Holloway get the job. With the impressive talent involved MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 4 is quickly shaping up to be one of the hottest films to keep and eye out for.
