Chloe Moretz and Let Me In coming to Blu-ray

Anchor Bay Home Entertainment has announced that the vampire horror film LET ME IN, starring Chloe Moretz, Richard Jenkins and Kodi Smit-McPhee, will be coming to Blu-ray on February 1, 2011. The film follows Owen (Smit-McPhee) a young outcast who befriends a strange girl named Abby (Moretz) who is hiding a secret from him and the world. This Blu-ray will include a digital copy and for a limited time will also come with an exclusive comic book prequel.

This movie is a remake of the Swedish film entitled LET THE RIGHT ONE IN which was amazing and one any vampire fan should see. Chloe Moretz is probably a good Abby but she can’t really hold a candle to Lina Leandersson who was meant to play the part. It’s too bad they had to remake it, but then again it’s too bad that we’re getting so many mediocre vampire films period…thanks a lot Stephenie Meyer. Special features include:
