Damon Herriman joins Leonardo DiCaprio and Armie Hammer in Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar

Whether you like his films or not, you have to admit that Clint Eastwood is a good director so if an actor can get into one of his films then they should consider themselves lucky.  Such is the case with Australian actor Damon Herriman (who has had a role in TV’s Justified) who is the latest actor to join in the upcoming biopic J. EDGAR.  Herriman will not only have the pleasure of working with Mr. Eastwood, but he will also star alongside A-lister Leonardo DiCaprio as well as Armie Hammer (who had an excellent performance in this year’s THE SOCIAL NETWORK). Herriman will play Bruno Hauptmann, the man who was accused of kidnapping and murdering the Lindbergh baby and who’s case launched an investigation by the FBI.

Charlize Theron is also in talks to star in the film, but there is no confirmation yet. She would be crazy to pass up a cast like this as well as a shot to work with Eastwood because who knows when he’s going to up and decide to quit making films.
