Nicolas Cage, Amber Heard and William Fitchner in the new Drive Angry 3D trailer

Back in July we saw a teaser trailer for Nicolas Cage’s upcoming action thriller, and today (finally) we’re getting to see a full blown trailer. DRIVE ANGRY 3D is directed by Patrick Lussier and follows Nicolas Cage as a father on the path of revenge. He’s out to take down the cult that killed his daughter and took her baby. He seems to have made a pact with the devil too (from what I can tell from the trailer), the film also stars Amber Heard and William Fitchner. DRIVE ANGRY 3D comes out in theaters on February 25, 2011. Oh, and of course we’re stating the obvious, but the film will be in 3D, although that just seems a little superfluous for this kind of film.
Even though his choice of films are not always the best, I love Nicolas Cage’s “crazy face”. It’s the one shown below, I just feel any film can be better when Nic Cage is a little unhinged. Watch the trailer below.
