Brad Pitt and Will Ferrell bringing Megamind to Blu-ray

DreamWorks Animation and Paramount Studios Home Entertainment have announced that the 2010 animated feature MEGAMIND, starring Brad Pitt, Will Ferrell, Tina Fey and Jonah Hill, will be released in a Blu-ray and DVD combo pack on February 25th, 2011. The film follows Megamind (Will Ferrell) who is lost without an arch nemesis after he defeats his rival Metro Man (Brad Pitt). When he creates a new enemy whose plots turn evil, he must change his stance on villainy and save the world on his own. MEGAMIND was quite the box office success bringing in over $140 million dollars by the end of its run.
This was one of those films that I missed last year and have been eagerly waiting for a Blu-ray announcement. With voice talents like that it is sure to be better than the average annimated film, although I still don’t think it’ll hold a candle to Pixar’s TOY STORY 3. Special features for MEGAMIND include:
