So back in 1984 there was a little film called RED DAWN. It followed a group of teenagers in a town who team up to stop an invasion from Soviet soldiers. Apparently this is some kind of cult classic that I wasn’t really aware of (I think I missed a lot during the 80’s in general) and now this film is being remade and will be directed by Dan Bradley. Now that we’re all up to speed (and by we, I mean me) I’m happy to give you all the first look at the remake of the film that stars some (now that they’ve made some good films) bigger stars. The new RED DAWN will star: Chris Hemsworth (THOR), Josh Hutcherson (THE KIDS ARE ALL RIGHT), Adrianne Palicki, Josh Peck, Isabel Lucas and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

RED DAWN was supposed to be released sometime early this year, but due to MGM’s bankruptcy it has been delayed until (hopefully) later this year.
