Jeremy Piven and Glee's Mike O'Malley team up with Miley Cyrus in So Undercover

It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything about Miley Cyrus‘ next endeavor entitled SO UNDERCOVER, so I was hoping it had been shelved. Sadly it has not been and we now have some casting news to share. Jeremy Piven, best known for his role as the rude and crude Ari Gold in HBO’s Entourage, will play Special Agent Armon in the action comedy. Glee’s Mike O’Malley (aka Burt Hummel) will also star in the film as Miley’s dad. The film follows a special undercover agent (Cyrus) who has to hole up in a college sorority in order to crack the case. Other cast members include: Kelly Osborne, Eloise Mumford, Lauren McKnight, Alexis Knapp and Josh Bowman. SO UNDERCOVER will be directed by Tom Vaughan and will be released sometime in 2011.
Right now the only saving grace to this film in my eye is Jeremy Piven, but I don’t that alone will be able to entice me to watch this film.
