One of the hottest upcoming films next year is David Fincher’s adaptation of the Stieg Larsson novel THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO. With stars Daniel Craig and up and comer Rooney Mara, it’s sure to be a film that leaves a big impression. We’ve seen a couple of set photos from the film, but today we’re going to get an official look at Lisbeth Salander as played by Rooney Mara from W Magazine. She looks tough, mean and pretty hardcore with her raven black hair and multiple tattoos. The article itself focuses mainly on director David Fincher, but I’m sure more people will be interested to see how their favorite character is shaping up. THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO hits theaters December 21st, 2011.
