Would you look at that, almost one whole day without a photo from an upcoming Robert Pattinson film went by. But it didn’t, and isn’t everyone glad about that? Below you can see a photo from his upcoming drama BEL AMI. In it Pattinson plays a guy who tries to advance up the social ladder by bedding women strategically. It also stars: Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas as the woman he sleeps around with. The film is set to open sometime this year but there is no set release date yet.
This film could go either way. It could be a boring period drama that tries too hard, or it could be a really great character study just set in a different era. Either way, Mr. Pattinson has surrounded himself with some very talented women and if it fails I’m afraid that the blame will most likely fall to him instead of them.
