Captain America: The First Avenger poster revealed

A teaser poster for the film CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER has been released and it’s not all that bad. It’s nothing terribly special and has your standard superhero posed looking determined with a bit of brooding thrown in there. Because it’s tough being a superhero, you know? Actually, if you’re a non-regular movie-goer or don’t keep up with the comic books, you might not realize that this is a film about Captain America (of course, if you don’t realize that then you really need to brush up on your pop culture). The poster proclaims one word: Avenge. It says so little but means so much.

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER stars: Chris Evans, Tommy Lee Jones, Haley Atwell, Sebastian Stan and Hugo Weaving and is directed by Joe Johnston. It hits theaters this July 22, 2011. Look for a trailer to debut during the Super Bowl.
