Sylvester Stallone to star in Headshot

Sylvester Stallone has just signed on to a Wayne Kramer directed film entitled HEADSHOT. Sly will star as a hitman who teams up with a young New York City cop in an in-depth investigation that begins in New Orleans and ends up in Washington D.C. “The unlikely duo, brought together by two vicious murders, take on all who stand in their way, and are willing to sacrifice everything to exact revenge.” Shooting will begin sometime in May, so look for the young police officer to be cast sometime very soon.

I have a really tough time getting behind Sylvester Stallone’s films anymore. I loved him back in the 80’s just like everyone else, but now he just looks…well, gross. Nobody at his age should be that muscled up, it’s just weird as is him trying to recapture his glory days. I think he needs to try to age a little more gracefully. THE EXPENDABLES was a start as he seemed to be accepting his age limitations, it’s just too bad that movie was so ridiculously horrible.
