Daniel Radcliffe and Warner Brothers feuding over press for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2

Muggles around the world are eagerly awaiting the release for the final installment in the “boy who lived” franchise, HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2 which opens in theaters on July 15, 2011. In fact, Warner Bros. is throwing a huge party for the release in London’s famous Trafalger Square on July 7th, only problem is, the boy who lived (rather the boy who plays him) is all tied up. Daniel Radcliffe, who will forever be known as Harry Potter, is currently on Broadway doing a show (called How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying) and the producers will not excuse him for the big HP 7.2 party in London. In fact, the only way they will let him go is if Warner Bros. buys out the entire theater for the time they want him. So Warner Bros. has ponied up the cash, and will pay over $500,000 for the five nights Radcliffe is needed, so they can have their star present at the big premiere. That’s when you know a studio loves you, folks. Or they just really love their franchise.

As mentioned before, HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2 opens in theaters on July 15, 2011 and stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint as our favorite trio in film.
