Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis team up for Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie

Will Ferrell, Zach Galifianakis, Will Forte, John C. Reilly, Jeff Goldblum, Robert Loggia and William Atherton will be teaming up for the film TIM AND ERIC’S BILLION DOLLAR MOVIE. Apparently two guys,Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim, had a comedy sketch show on Adult Swim called “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!” which has become sort of a cult classic. Due to their crazy success, they have decided to pull together a feature film and also an all-star cast. The premise will follow Tim and Eric who, because of their success on TV, get a billion dollars to make a movie. Of course things don’t go quite as planned and hilarity ensues and the guys decide to leave Hollywood and set up shop as businessmen in an abandoned mall. Here’s the kicker, Ferrell and Galifianakis won’t be playing the main characters, they will actually only be in the film for a short time but I think you have enough star power in that first line to still make a good movie. Production has already started but we still don’t have a release date.

I’m not familiar with Adult Swim, but I do think Ferrell is hilarious- especially in small doses. Plus, it’ll be nice to have another comedy to look forward to that doesn’t have romantic undertones.
