Amanda Seyfried bringing Extended Edition of Red Riding Hood to Blu-ray

Warner Home Video has announced that the supernatural horror-esque film RED RIDING HOOD, starring Amanda Seyfried, Gary Oldman, Billy Burke, Shiloh Fernandez and Virginia Madsen, will be released in an Extended Edition Blu-ray on June 14, 2011. The film was directed by Catherine Hardwicke, of TWILIGHT fame, and follows the fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood, but this time the wolves are actually werewolves and of course there is a love story in there too. The film grossed just over $37 million which was about $5 million short of the budget, this is usually not considered a success.
I’m really curious about this, not excited or anticipating it, just curious. If nothing else I’ll be interested to see how they work a love story into this typically gruesome fairy tale. The only special features mentioned are an alternate ending, the extended cut and a digital copy.
