Sam Claflin may join Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron in Snow White and The Huntsman

Casting for SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN has been a roller coaster lately. It doesn’t seem like the filmmakers can convince an actor to take on the titular male lead, with everyone from Viggo Mortensen to Hugh Jackman having turned it down. They’re hoping Thor himself and future superstar Chris Hemsworth will take the part, but nothing is official yet. However, all is not lost for director Rupert Sanders as it looks like Sam Claflin will be starring as the Prince. You may not know who Claflin is, but if you will if you check out PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES this summer as he’s starring with Johnny Depp in the film.
Confirmed for SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN are Kristen Stewart as Snow White and Charlize Theron as the Evil Witch. But don’t get this confused with THE BROTHERS GRIMM: SNOW WHITE, which is a completely different movie that will star Lily Collins, Julia Roberts and Armie Hammer.
