Although I’m clearly not her biggest fan, Sarah Jessica Parker has done a great job of keeping her movie career going while balancing the obligations to Carrie and Sex and the City. She seems to have a direct line into the minds of middle aged women everywhere. Next up for SJP is the comedy-drama I DON’T KNOW HOW SHE DOES IT about a successful working mother that has a life changing moment when she breaks down at the prospect of cooking for her daughter’s school. The script was written by Allison Pearson, who also wrote the novel of the same name.

The film has an amazing cast that includes Parker, Pierce Brosnan, Kelsey Grammar, Christina Hendricks, Olivia Munn, Seth Meyers, Greg Kinnear and Jane Curtin. The Douglas McGrath (INFAMOUS) directed film opens everywhere on September 16th.
