Emma Watson looks shy in the first image from The Perks of Being a Wallflower

Logan Lerman took to his Twitter account on Tuesday to post some candid photos of the set of THE PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER. There’s about a dozen pictures in all, the highlights are posted below (correct me if I’m wrong, but I think that’s Nina Dobrev in the second photo). But this marks the first look at the set of the film and of course, the first look at Emma Watson in something other than a Hermione costume. It’s a sweet pic and the images have that “quirky” vibe to them. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say a professional took these photos and they just used Lerman’s Twitter account to post them. But surely something like that would never happen.
The coming of age film based on the book by Stephen Choblosky (who is also directing) stars Watson, Lerman, Mae Whitman, Nina Dobrev, Johnny Simmons and Paul Rudd. It’s due to hit theaters next year.
