Guillermo del Toro to develop Beauty and the Beast as a film for Emma Watson to lead

Can I be hired as Guillermo del Toro’s personal project organizer? This guy wants to do everything! For right now, the director is tied down with PACIFIC RIM, but has several plans when he is finished up.
Turns out that CRAZY STUPID LOVE producer Denise Di Novi is developing an adaptation of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST with del Toro as a film for Emma Watson to star in. Watson has been busy herself after the HARRY POTTER franchise finally coming to an end. The actress recently shot MY WEEK WITH MARILYN which is due out later next year and is now filming the adaptation of THE PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER due out in 2012.
There were no other details on the BEAUTY AND THE BEAST project. I don’t feel that del Toro will get too attached to the film to direct or write. He will probably just lend his genius ideas to come up with an amazing new and interesting twist on the story.
