Vin Diesel shows off some new Riddick concept art that could hint at a new film

When I hear news of a new Riddick film, I never take it too seriously. While Vin Diesel is more than willing, the last word on the project was that it wouldn’t get the financing necessary to make a decent film. A small budget and less pay for Diesel were a no go. David Twohy (PITCH BLACK) is also ready to get the show on the road but everything lies on Diesel and if they can get a good story as well as a backer.
The fans of the series have been ready for a third film since CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK. That was back in 2004! It’s been too long! Who knows exactly what the current plans are, so all we can do is sit and wait for some sort of word.
As a thanks to the fans who wished him many happy birthdays, Vin Diesel posted some Riddick concept art that came from Twohy as a nice little gift to the actor. Does this mean that Twohy has already nailed down a story? Or is it just wishful thinking?
