The first trailer for the sequel GHOST RIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGENANCE has just been released and you know who is excited? Directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor are so pumped for you to see this trailer that they gave you an introduction themselves. You guys are special. Anyway, the story follows Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) who is hiding out in Europe and dealing with his…condition. While he is riding around he is called upon to stop the devil from trying to take human form. Pesky devil. GHOST RIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE also stars: Idris Elba, Ciaran Hinds and Christopher Lambert. It opens in theaters on February 17, 2012. Check out the trailer below.
A lot of people poo-pooed on the first GHOST RIDER film, but I thought it was kind of fun. I’m not saying it was good enough to merit a sequel, but I think it’ll still be better than JONAH HEX. Now that movie was a hot mess.
