Geesh. This trailer for AMERICAN REUNION (the fourth film in the series if you don’t count the straight to DVD sequels) makes me feel really, really old. Just looking at the cast so many years after the first movie came out reminds me that I’m not in high school either. Of course, I was actually a sophomore in college when the original hit theaters back in 1999, and that didn’t seem like so long ago until I watched this. Most of them were in their early 20’s at the time and now they’re in their 30’s. It’s true; father time remains unbeaten.
This really isn’t much of a trailer as much as it is a montage of photos of the cast members set to the song ‘Laid’ by Matt Nathanson . They somehow managed to get every cast member back, including Seann William Scott, Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Shannon Elizabeth, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Chris Klein, Eugene Levy, Tara Reid, Eddie Kaye Thomas and Jennifer Coolidge.
