Hasbro is talking with Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay about doing a fourth Transformers film

Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner has been holding talks with Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay about the possibility of doing a fourth TRANSFORMERS film. But really do we need another one?

That was really all of the details that were given on the project. This is something that Hasbro would like to announce by their next quarter. Hasbro is still working on Micronauts, Ouija, Candyland, Risk, Stretch Armstrong, Clue and Monopoly.

The only change is that the Ouija film has a smaller budget to work with now. They have the script nearly complete and hope to pair the film with a studio soon. My thing is they already have a Ouija movie, it’s called WITCHBOARD. Sure it’s terrible but we don’t need to put someone horrible on it to make money.

Micronauts might fair the best here with J.J. Abrams at Paramount. Then there’s also Ridley Scott and Monopoly. I just don’t feel like that one will go anywhere. Just please, no more Transformers.
