It appears that the marketing campaign for the upcoming Joe Wright film ANNA KARENINA is kicking into gear as today we’re getting a look at a new poster for the film. I like a poster with a lot to look at, and this new poster, which debuted in the U.K. edition of Glamour, does not disappoint. Keira Knightley and Jude Law are in a passionate embrace that looks like it could only end in tragedy, while a sinister looking gent gives them the evil eye off to the side. I’m sure it will make much more sense to me when I see the movie, as will the book which I couldn’t quite get through no matter how hard I tried.
ANNA KARENINA stars Keira Knightley, Jude Law, Aaron Johnson, Kelly Macdonald, Emily Watson, Matthew Macfadyen, Olivia Williams and Ruth Wilson. Directed by Joe Wright, the film will open in theaters on November 9th, 2012. (Glamour)
UPDATE: My mistake, the poster actually shows Aaron Johnson and Keira Knightley in a passionate embrace. Aaron Johnson looks like a young Jude Law, but Jude Law is actually the sinister looking guy off to the side.
