Jessica Biel won't be joining Hugh Jackman in The Wolverine

Looks like Jessica Biel won’t be making her debut as the super villainess Viper in the upcoming Marvel film THE WOLVERINE. According to reports the actress got cold feet the same night she was offered the role and decided to turn down the film. Apparently this isn’t the only time Jessica Biel turned down a super powered role. In 2007 she was asked by Warner Bros. to play Wonder Woman in a Justice League of America film but decided to not participate, though that film never got made so no big deal. No worries for Jessica Biel, as I’m sure the actress has many other options on her plate though it would have been nice to see her in a big blockbuster again.
Jessica Biel can next be seen in the upcoming remake TOTAL RECALL along with Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, Bryan Cranston and Jon Cho. TOTAL RECALL opens in theaters on August 3rd, 2012. (THR)
