Dumb and Dumber sequel will officially be called Dumb and Dumber To

We’ve been hearing various rumors about the sequel to the 1994 comedy DUMB AND DUMBER from the Farrelly Brothers, but now it appears that production is definitely moving forward, there is an almost complete script and now there is an official title: DUMBER AND DUMBER TO. The Farrelly Brothers tweeted yesterday, “You also might be interested to know that we are almost done with the DUMB AND DUMBER TO script (I think you’re going to like it). ” According to reports, DUMB AND DUMBER TO will start shooting next Spring after Jeff Daniels finishes shooting his season of HBO’s THE NEWSROOM. Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey are also supposedly both set to return.
The last film the Farrelly Brothers put out was this year’s THE THREE STOOGES (click the link to read the review) which only grossed around $44 million at the box office. (Twitter)
