Daniel Day-Lewis gives an inspirational speech in the new Lincoln television spot

Last night during the debate between President Obama and Mitt Romney, audiences were given a treat from DreamWorks in the form of a television spot for the upcoming film LINCOLN. Daniel Day-Lewis as the title character gives an inspirational and emotional speech that will raise goose bumps on any patriot’s skin. Director Steven Spielberg may have created another masterpiece and directed Daniel Day-Lewis to yet another Academy Award. We’ll have to wait and see this coming winter, but mark your calendars for LINCOLN which may put you in a better mood after the Presidential race results from the week before. Directed by Steven Spielberg, LINCOLN stars Daniel Day-Lewis, Sally Field, Tommy Lee Jones, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Hal Holbrook, James Spader, John Hawkes, Tim Blake Nelson, Jackie Earle Haley, David Oyelowo and Adam Driver. The film hits theaters on a wide release on November 16th, 2012.
