Tom Cruise stands tall in a new poster for Jack Reacher

With an international JACK REACHER poster featuring a giant Tom Cruise head released a couple of weeks ago, a domestic poster coming today and a new trailer due to hit online this week, the marketing push for JACK REACHER is in full swing. It’s unfortunate that almost everything we’ve heard so far regarding the film is that die-hard fans of the Lee Child franchise don’t think Tom Cruise is tall enough to play Jack Reacher. Personally, I don’t care; Tom Cruise is great in virtually everything he does, so there’s no reason to believe he won’t be great in JACK REACHER. As for this poster…is there something wrong with the angle? Tom Cruise’s body looks out of whack with his head, making the whole poster look off. I think the marketing folks behind the film could do something better than this.
