Jim Sturgess and Kirsten Dunst's film Upside Down gets picked up by Millenium Entertainment
Very early this year we heard about the film UPSIDE DOWN, starring Jim Sturgess and Kirsten Dunst, and even got a trailer for the sci-fi romance, and then there was nothing. Now it looks like Millenium Entertainment has finally picked up the rights to the film and will be releasing it next year in both 2D and 3D (which seems completely unnecessary). The film follows two lovers (Jim Sturgess and Kirsten Dunst) who are on opposite ends of the world but have to cross over to be with each other. It’s actually a little more complicated than that, but you can watch the international trailer below (which is the most popular trailer on our YouTube channel) and see what I’m talking about.
Directed by Juan Diego Solanas, UPSIDE DOWN stars: Kirsten Dunst, Jim Sturgess, Stella Maeve and Neil Napier. IMDB is reporting that the film will open in theaters December 10 2012, but Variety claims there is no definite release date at this time so we’ll say that you still need to keep an eye out for more information.
