In September the first teaser poster for Michael Bay’s upcoming film PAIN & GAIN hit the web and it was a little underwhelming since it was just a photo of a protein drink jar with credits on it. Finally we’re getting to see the two stars of the movie (Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson), and if you are into muscle-y type guys you will not be disappointed. I do think Dwayne Johnson is a little better looking than Mark Wahlberg in this poster, but only because he has the bodybuilder physique. Mark Wahlberg doesn’t look shabby by any means, but just a little too bulky for my taste.
PAIN & GAIN follows two bodybuilders in Florida who kidnap and rob a businessman and leave him for dead. Things go wrong when a private investigator is hired and the guys must try and find a way out of their crime. Directed by Michael Bay, PAIN & GAIN stars: Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson, Rebel Wilson, Ed Harris, Ken Jeong, Anthony Mackie, Tony Shalhoub and Rob Corddry.
