Hugh Jackman looks tough in new images from The Wolverine

THE WOLVERINE is kind of getting lost in all of this year’s superhero movie sequel talk. We all know about IRON MAN 3 and THOR: THE DARK WORLD because Marvel has been hyping them up pretty consistently the past several months. And although we know about THE WOLVERINE, we haven’t seen a teaser trailer yet and the film will hit theaters in six months. Oh, and there’s this little thing called a Super Bowl that will be played on Sunday, but unless it’s a huge surprise, we won’t be seeing anything from the sequel. I know that X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE left a lot to be desired, but Wolverine is arguably the most interesting and exciting Marvel character and Hugh Jackman is probably the best match of actor to superhero, so I’m still holding out hope that the film will be something special. Putting Wolverine in Japan should help a lot as it will give us something new.
