Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes will team up for How To Catch A Monster

Whether you work in Hollywood or at Wal-Mart, I don’t know why anyone would ever want to work with the spouse or partner. It’s a miserable experience, especially when one person is in a position of authority over the other and it almost always ends badly. But that’s exactly what Hollywood’s young, it-couple, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are going to try and do with the film HOW TO CATCH A MONSTER. Ryan Gosling is going to be making his directorial debut on the film in which he also wrote the screenplay. The film is about a mother that gets swept up into a dark underworld while her teenage son discovers a road that leads to a secret underwater town.
In the film, Eva Mendes will play Cat, who plays a big role in the Big Bad Wolf Club, although we don’t know what that role will entail. Presumably, that could be the fetish club that Christina Hendricks hinted at a while back. Right now, HOW TO CATCH A MONSTER is set to star Christina Hendricks, Ben Mendelsohn, Rob Zabrecky and now Eva Mendes. Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut will get started this Spring.
